As you may have heard, a few years ago, we had a serious problem going on with undervaluing ourselves, our work, and the value we brought our clients.
Without going into the full details, we basically were really good at doing a lot for free to help clients and friends 10X their businesses, but were too “caring” to charge what we were worth. We put everyone else’s needs before our own and ultimately ended up struggling to the point where we couldn’t really help those we cared about any longer.
It made us feel like failures. Like we had let down everyone in our lives that we cared about, all because we were undercharging for our expertise and services, and giving away our immense value for practically free.
